SALES & MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR – (1) – AUTO

Specific duties & responsibilities

  • Provide full clerical support to the sales & marketing departments.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with all parties, customers, sales executives and admin personnel.
  • Manage the vehicle stock system and report monthly sales results to the sales team.
  • Monitor sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team.
  • Work with Sales Executives on approaches to building business.
  • Process invoices for all sales transactions.
  • Process orders via email or telephone and ensure that prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Prepare monthly business review meetings reports.
  • Manage the sections company social media accounts and post relevant content.
  • Oversee all marketing activities and ensure that it fits with the marketing strategy.
  • Market the trucks and maintain quality customer service by taking part in business forums, launches, and promotional activities of the brands.
  • Report on activities towards targets to the management Team.
  • Receive phone calls from customers and communicate internal important feedback from customers.
  • Ensure the company’s search Engine is optimized to maximize inbound sales and opportunities.
  • Ensure appropriate Truck documents are obtained, recorded and securely filed.
  • Pursue clearing of sold vehicles in time for customer delivery.
  • Ensure all vehicle sales documentation is correct and that vehicle payments are received.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Academic Qualifications:

He/She should possess a minimum of a Degree in Business Administration/Studies, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, & Development Economics, International Business, Business Statistics, Sales & Marketing Public relations, Quantitative Economics and any other relevant/related field.

Job related experience:

  • Should have either an administrative and sales & marketing background.
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with relevant computer software is an advantage
  • Highly organized and ability to multitask on a number of projects at the same time.
  • Good at time management.
  • Results oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Mature, self-initiative and outgoing.
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Team player.

  • Should be energetic with a high degree of innovativeness, creativity and ambition.
  • Should have a high degree of integrity, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to meet set targets.
