Job Purpose
Professionally maintains existing Private Banking clients and proactively acquires new clients in the target group, identifying client needs and providing tailor made solutions
- Responsible for generating new leads and growing the Private banking Clientele base by selling and marketing the bank’s product offerings (assets, liabilities and other products).
- Manages and maintains existing clientele by proactively responding to their needs (products, complaints, queries, requests) in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure that all private client servicing processes are compliant to Audit, Risk and Control requirements by strict adherence, implementation of all recommendations and closing out queries.
- Maintain SLA based strategic relationships with Support and enabling functions within the organization to enable timely and appropriate service to clients.
- Provide the Products Team feedback about product performance to facilitate development and improvement of private banking Products, their pricing and marketing.
- Provides exceptional customer experience and ensure efficient service at all times.
- Cultivates positive customer relationships with the client base for maximum market penetration within the targeted customer segment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Atleast 4years experience within a commercial banking environment
- Bachelors Degree
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Good Sales & Marketing Skills
