Job Purpose/Objective
To generate revenue through sales of commercial printing products and services, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for screen printing services.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify trends in the commercial printing industry.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and profit margins.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure client specifications and deadlines are met.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase company products.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.
Education Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the printing or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
Knowledge, skills and competences
- Strong understanding of screenl printing products and production processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation
