Digital Marketer – Manufacturing

Reports to: Brand Manager / Head of Marketing

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure the company’s brands are visible, engaging, and competitive in digital spaces. The Digital Marketer will lead digital campaigns, optimize website and social platforms, and support brand growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  •  Manage company website and social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, and optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversions.
  • Create email marketing campaigns and manage mailing lists.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for all digital content.
  • Generate advertising briefs and coordinate with creative teams for campaign materials.
  • Monitor online brand presence and respond to customer interactions.
  • Generate sales leads,pipelines and convert online leads to actual sales

  • Develop digital activation plans for new and existing products.
  • Support sales by driving leads through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate digital sponsorship and partnership initiatives to enhance brand image.
  • Maintain and update client databases in the marketing system.
  • Participate in ongoing digital marketing training and development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing company is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  •  Proficient in digital tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
