We are looking for an experienced, ethical, and highly disciplined Chief Security Officer to lead all security operations for our Hotel. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests, staff, property, and reputation at all times.

Role Purpose
To manage, coordinate, and oversee all security matters within the hotel, ensuring maximum protection of people and assets through proactive monitoring, strict compliance, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Security Leadership & Operations
- Take full control of all hotel security matters and supervise all security personnel.
- Allocate duties and conduct regular spot checks on both hired and in-house guards.
- Conduct daily security briefings at the start of every shift.
- Review arrival schedules for VIP guests and ensure proper preparedness.
- Oversee patrols across all high-risk areas within and around the hotel premises.
- Monitor parking areas and review Occurrence Book entries daily.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all firearms (where used) are handled legally and by certified personnel.
- Guarantee all security operations comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.
- Provide guidance—virtual or on-site—to armed and unarmed security officers.
- Review security officers’ reports for accuracy and completeness.
Training & Performance
- Conduct regular training, drills, and warm-up sessions for security staff.
- Participate in staff orientation and capacity-building programs as required.
- Support guards in all matters related to their duties.
Client & Internal Coordination
- Engage proactively with management and clients on security, emergency, and safety issues.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure efficient and compliant security service delivery.
- Attend management meetings and provide timely updates on security matters.
Administration
- Prepare and submit monthly security reports to the GM and Chairman.
- Assist with coordinating staffing schedules while controlling labour costs.
- Maintain accurate security records and ensure adherence to post orders.

- Proven experience in security management, preferably within hospitality or large facilities.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and compliance standards.
- Ability to train and motivate a diverse security team.
