Are you a strategic, energetic, and results-driven sales & marketing professional with a passion for hospitality? Our Client in Hospitality /Hotel is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy, drive occupancy, grow conference business, elevate brand visibility, and strengthen client relationships.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands how to position a hotel competitively, secure new business, and build strong partnerships across the market.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Drive Revenue & Market Growth
- Increase bed occupancy and overall profitability.
- Grow conference business beyond the current daily average of 500 participants, increasing F&B revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans (short and long term).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Develop pricing strategies to increase market share and long-term profitability.
Lead Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Oversee advertising, promotions, digital visibility, and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with creative teams and agencies for marketing campaigns and materials.
- Create high-impact visibility for the Hotel and maintain an excellent corporate image with clients.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales calls, market visits, and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, weekly and monthly forecasts.
- Maintain client databases, follow up on dormant accounts, and support debt collection.
Sales Operations & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day coordination with internal departments to deliver seamless event and guest experiences.
- Enter and manage bookings, event memos, and the Events Diary with accuracy.
- Lead weekly sales & marketing meetings and prepare activity and performance reports.
Strategic Leadership
- Participate in strategic planning for the hotel’s marketing and revenue goals.
- Recommend improvements to the marketing structure, processes, and team capabilities.
- Ensure cost-effective marketing operations within approved budgets.
What we’re looking for
- A seasoned Sales & Marketing professional, ideally with experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to grow occupancy, conference business, and market share.
- Strong analytical abilities—able to interpret market data, trends, and performance indicators.
- Excellent presentation, client engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
