Food & Beverages Manager – Hospitality

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Food & Beverages Manager to lead all F&B operations in line with our contemporary hotel concept. The ideal candidate combines operational expertise with creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for detail to drive memorable guest experiences, consistent service quality, and revenue growth across all outlets.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of all F&B outlets: signature restaurant, lounge/bar, café, in-room dining, and meeting/event spaces.
  • Ensure smooth, consistent service aligned with the hotel’s modern aesthetic and service standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards across all areas.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of service and kitchen staff.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture with a focus on professionalism, innovation, and guest-centric service.
  • Manage shift planning, performance evaluations, and team development.

3. Guest Experience Management

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, personalized service and stylish presentation.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain high guest ratings and online reviews for F&B services.

4. Financial Oversight

  • Develop, monitor, and control F&B budgets and forecasts.
  • Optimize food, beverage, and labor costs through smart purchasing and scheduling.
  • Track KPIs such as average check, upsell rate, and outlet profitability.

5. Concept-Driven Innovation

  • Maintain alignment between F&B offerings and the hotel’s contemporary brand identity.
  • Collaborate with chefs and mixologists to create trend-conscious, photogenic menus.
  • Lead implementation of modern dining experiences: brunches, tasting menus, curated wine pairings, etc.

6. Event & Function Management

  • Coordinate with Sales & Events on corporate meetings, social functions, and lifestyle activations.
  • Ensure catering and service reflect the hotel’s design-forward, contemporary approach.

7. Systems & Inventory

  • Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure POS systems are used effectively for tracking, reporting, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 4+ years of F&B management experience, preferably in a modern hotel or lifestyle hospitality brand.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (knowledge of hotel PMS is a plus).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food trends, wine/cocktail programs, and lifestyle dining.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and service-driven.
